What data we process. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we process the information you provide — your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address in server logs.

Purposes. To answer your enquiries, give you information about the apartments and handle your booking requests.

Legal basis (GDPR / RGPD). Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Third parties & international transfers. If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own terms, and data may be transferred outside the EU. Your language preference is stored only on your device. Availability dates are loaded from our database provider (Supabase).

Retention. We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or booking and to meet our legal obligations.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing Florianmschaefer@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on this website.

Local storage. Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the key sea-sky-lang so the site can open in that language next time. This is not a cookie. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies.

Enquiries and bookings. Booking requests are made via WhatsApp and are not binding until we have confirmed availability and the booking to you in writing.

Prices. All prices are stated in euros and include the applicable Canary Islands indirect tax (IGIC) where it applies.

Right of withdrawal. Under EU and Spanish consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation provided for a specific date or period. Cancellations are governed by the cancellation terms agreed at the time of booking.

Payment & cancellation. Payment and cancellation terms are communicated to you before your booking is confirmed.
